Attention Big Mac lovers! For the first time EVER McDonald’s is giving away bottles of their special Big Mac Sauce. The company has produced 10,000 bottles of sauce and they’ll all be given away in one day at select locations across the country on Thursday, January 26, 2017. And one of the selected stores is right here in Topeka. The newly remodeled McDonald’s location at 1201 Gage Blvd will distribute bottles between 11 am and noon on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers must say, “There’s a Big Mac for that” in order to receive a bottle of sauce.

So why did McDonald’s decide to do this special one-day only promotion? To help promote their new Big Mac sizes. The Mac Jr has the iconic taste of the Big Mac, but in a smaller size, while the Grand Mac burger delivers more of the Big Mac you love, offering up 1/3lb of real beef with that special sauce, lettuce, onions, pickles, cheese all on a sesame seed bun.

A special 10,001 bottle of sauce will also be auctioned off on January 27, 2017 to benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities.
