During these uncertain times, there is an organization that is doing all they can to help people in need. The Salvation Army of Kansas and Western Missouri is hoping you can text to help.

Supporting The Salvation Army’s work to help people impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic in our region is just as simple as texting! With the help of AT&T, The Salvation Army has launched a nation-wide text-to-donate option through any cell phone provider!

Donors have four keywords they can text to donate $10 to The Salvation Army at any time, all they have to do is text to the number 52000 any of the following words:

• GIVE
• HOPE
• COVID
• SALARMY

What is also great about this campaign is that AT&T is footing the bill for all of the costs. That means The Salvation Army does not have to spend a dime for transaction fees, application fees and other items. All of the donations will go towards assisting those in need.
