Billy Currington will perform at the 2019 Nex-Tech Wireless Grandstand at the Kansas State Fair on Saturday, September 7, with tickets priced from $25-$65.

The Kansas State Fair will be increasing its security at the Fair’s Sept. 7, Billy Currington concert. The security measures are in response to the artist’s contract.
The Fair has routinely upgraded its security, staffing and surveillance with the aim of ensuring Kansas’ biggest end-of-summer event remains a great memory for those who attend.
Guests will be subject to metal detector screening and bag checks at grandstand entrances. At present, only the two entrances inside the Grandstand will be open for this concert. Also, the walk-up gate on the south side will be open to ADA patrons. The mezzanine entrances will be closed, as well as the walk-up entrance on the north side of the Grandstand.
In order to make your visit to the Kansas State Fair an enjoyable experience, we appreciate your compliance with our policies noted below. Please don’t bring:
- -Weapons of any kind, including knives and all firearms
- -Computers, laptops or tablets
- -Glass containers including bottles, as well as coolers or similar containers
- -Laser pens or laser pointers
- -Cameras with detachable lenses, selfie sticks
- -Noise makers
- -Backpacks, large bags, sealed packages of any kind
- -Animals (excluding service animals)
- -Other items determined unacceptable to the Kansas State Fair
Please do not bring these items, as well as large purchases made at the Fair, to the Grandstand event. Items not permitted in the Grandstand must be taken back to guests’ vehicles.
