Polls can be great to prove people wrong. This poll is downright nasty!

A recent poll said the average is 45 days for men and 24 for women. I think once a week is average but I sometimes go longer. Dermatologists suggest more often if you suffer from oily skin or acne. Also during allergy season or really hot weather, you should wash your sheets more.
